1. Who We Are
Zekko Golf ("we", "us") provides the Zekko Golf app — a strategy card golf game for rounds, society days and tournaments. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
2. Data We Collect
Account details you provide: name, email address, username, avatar, home club and golf handicap. Gameplay data: rounds, scores, cards played, leaderboards, event participation and in-app messages. Purchase data: your active plan or pass (payments themselves are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details).
3. How We Use Your Data
To run your rounds and events, show leaderboards and stats, link you with playing partners you invite or who invite you, deliver notifications about your games, manage your subscription entitlements, and respond to support requests.
4. Sharing
Your name, avatar and scores are visible to players in the same round, event or leaderboard. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (hosting, email delivery, in-app purchase management such as RevenueCat) and where required by law.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, which removes your personal profile data. Historical round records may retain your display name for other participants' score history.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. UK and EU users have these rights under UK GDPR / GDPR. To exercise them, contact us via the Contact page in the app.
7. Children
Junior accounts are intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. We collect only the data needed to run the game and do not serve targeted advertising to junior players.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
